The Best Time for Bed

Sleep may very well be the single most important ingredient for digestive health. And it is important to get enough sleep at the right time. Some researchers believe that every minute you sleep before midnight is the equivalent of four minutes of sleep after midnight. Go to bed early tonight — restful sleep will do wonders for your digestion and overall health.

This is my biggest problem by far. I got to bed too late and I don't have a set bedtime. But it's not something I really want to change, you know? If some way, it still makes me feel young to go to bed at 3am everyday. If I start going to be at 10pm every night, suddenly I turn 30. It's stupid, but there you go.
